Online Psychology Service

Making psychological therapy more accessible

A woman with glasses and earrings, resting her chin on her hand, with a bright, warm-colored background.

Welcome. My name is Kristine.

I am an experienced HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in helping those experiencing attachment-based difficulties, interpersonal trauma and unresolved childhood wounds. I provide my services remotely, reaching people anywhere from my rural town in Northern Ireland to UK and Irish expats living across the globe.

I have been studying and working within the field of psychology for the past 28 years, qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist 16 years ago.

I am honoured to have had the opportunity to walk alongside so many incredible people doing their best to navigate their own unique experiences as human beings, being entrusted with their inner most fears, sadness, trauma, love and joy.

I bring to this space vast experience in a many different evidence-based psychological approaches, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. This allows room for a lovely sense of flexibility, creativity and collaboration within the therapeutic process. If you are considering seeing me for help in your journey, know that I will show up for you with compassion and care, where you will not be judged and that things will be taken at a pace that works for you.

As a fellow human being, I understand how difficult life can be, how hard it can be to reach out for help and how challenging, yet invaluable therapy can be. Like every other person, I have had my own difficulties to adapt to, process, learn to live with and overcome. I have used many of the different therapeutic techniques and ideas I use with others and know how they are experienced from the inside out, not just as a professional trained to help others.

My personal passion of providing my services exclusively online, came from my experience of having a disability and no longer being able to access the world as easily. The more I learnt about online therapy and had experience in delivering it, the more I realised how many people it would enable me to reach who may otherwise find it difficult to access the help they need. Whether it be a parent struggling with daycare, someone who feels more comfortable accessing services online or via the telephone, someone with a chronic illness or disability, or perhaps a person who is on the road a lot or is an expat in another country, to name but a few.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression or perhaps recognise unhelpful patterns in your relationships with yourself and others. Perhaps you just know that something feels off and you need help. Knowing where to start can be hard, so why not reach out to schedule a FREE 20 minute Discovery Call. You can tell me a little about what you are going through and ask me any questions you might have.

Simply fill in the form below and I will be in touch in the next couple of days.
