I provide clinical supervision for a range of mental health professionals via videoconferencing and telephone.

Supervision is crucial to good professional practice and an essential part of training and continuing professional development. It is a place to take time to contemplate on your practice, be supported and guided towards better clinical working.

My clinical supervision practice is guided by the following principles:

  • To provide supervisee's with a containing, warm and genuine space in which to share any aspect of their clinical work.

  • To ensure my supervisee's feel comfortable in sharing their own interpersonal, and often very private processes within their clinical work, thinking about how these relate to the therapeutic relationship with their clients, as well as their own self care.

  • To support my supervisee's individual way of working, theoretical background and style, whilst providing the conditions necessary for ongoing professional and personal development, reflection, and the passion to learn, both within individual case work and as a constantly growing mental health professional.

Wondering whether I would be a good fit for you as a supervisor? Why not contact me to arrange a time to have a chat and ask any questions you may have, and to see whether you feel we could connect.
